Update properties for one or more Semiconductor Wearout Analysis.

Parameters:

request (UpdateSemiconductorWearoutAnalysisPropsRequest) – Contains all the information needed to update the properties for one or more semiconductor wearout analyses per project.

Returns:

Return codes for each request.
