list_strain_maps

Project.list_strain_maps(project, cca_names=None)

List the strain maps assigned to each CCA or given CCAs.

Available Since: 2023R2

Parameters:

project: str

Name of the Sherlock project.

cca_names: list[str], optional

CCA names to provide strain maps for. The default is None, in which case all CCAs in the project are returned.

Returns:

:

list[SherlockProjectService_pb2.ListStrainMapsResponse.CcaStrainMap]

All strain maps or strain maps for the specified CCAs.

Return type:

list[CcaStrainMap]
